You can also use your own body weight with exercises such as lunges, push ups, crunches, squats, and jumping jacks.
No matter what method you use to do resistance training and build muscle, it is definitely more effective for weight loss than just doing cardio. Save the cardio for your warm ups, and focus on resistance training and you’ll be burning fat in no time.
